Julie is a Russian-speaking Estonian. In Tallinn, she brings out the issues of coexistence between the Estonian and the Russian minority living in the country. Questions of citizenship, recognition of the respective languages, respect, but also playing down the importance of the everyday clashes… arising every day for the inhabitants.
A situation that one can find in numerous EU countries, constituting a challenge in order to succeed in a better “living together”.
